A social gathering was held for the Menicon Collaborative Laboratory and the Epson Collaborative Laboratory.

Seiko Epson Corporation, which is also establishing a Collaborative Laboratory at Tohoku University, visited Meni LAB, the “Menicon Future Device Laboratory,” a Collaborative Laboratory between Menicon and Tohoku University.

At the invitation of Special Appointed Professor Magabe of Tohoku University, we welcomed Mr. Gomi, Deputy General Manager of the Technology Development Division, and eight other guests. This provided an opportunity for exchange among the companies establishing Collaborative Laboratories within the Research Center for Green X-Tech.

We took a commemorative photo with the School of Engineering Research Building, where Meni LAB is located, in the background.

Professor Mori from the Organization for Industry-Academia Collaboration also participated on the day.
