Dr. Yuta Saito Received the Young Scientists’ Prize from the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award.
The Research Center for Green X-Tech at Tohoku University’s Dr. Yuta Saito received the Young Scientists’ Prize from the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award for the 2025 fiscal year. This prestigious award is a result of the high evaluation of Dr. Saito’s “Research on Chalcogenide-based Electronic Device Materials.”
